All HOUR1207 products are made to order.
We may work with carefully selected production, printing, and fulfillment partners to manufacture and deliver products.
HOUR1207 remains responsible for customer support, order-related communication, approved refunds, replacements, and the resolution of issues relating to purchases made through hour1207.com.
We make reasonable efforts to display products accurately. However, slight differences in color, texture, material appearance, or finish may occur due to screens, materials, printing methods, and production processes.
3. Orders and Acceptance
Placing an order constitutes an offer to purchase a product from HOUR1207.
We reserve the right to accept or decline an order where reasonably necessary, including in cases involving payment issues, suspected fraud, product availability, pricing errors, or other legitimate operational reasons.
An order is considered accepted once it has been confirmed and entered into fulfillment.
Because products are made to order and production may begin shortly after purchase, changes or cancellations may not always be possible once fulfillment has started.
All purchases remain subject to our Return & Refund Policy.
4. Prices and Payments
Product prices are displayed on the store and confirmed during checkout.
You agree to provide valid, complete, and accurate payment and billing information.
Payments are processed through Shopify and supported third-party payment providers.
Additional taxes or charges may apply where required by applicable law and will be shown at checkout where applicable.
5. Shipping and Delivery
Estimated production and delivery times are provided for guidance and may vary depending on product type, destination, carrier operations, production conditions, weather, or other circumstances outside our reasonable control.
If a shipping issue occurs, please contact us and we will review the situation and assist you in accordance with our Return & Refund Policy.
6. Intellectual Property
HOUR1207 uses studio-created content, licensed third-party materials and content developed with generative or AI-assisted technologies.
HOUR1207 claims intellectual property rights only in materials and contributions for which it holds such rights, and only to the extent recognized under applicable law. Rights in third-party materials remain with their respective rights holders and are governed by the applicable licenses.
For generative and AI-assisted works, any claim of copyright is limited to qualifying human-authored contributions. HOUR1207 does not claim exclusive copyright in AI-generated material that is not eligible for protection.
Except as permitted by applicable law or the relevant license, protected HOUR1207-owned content may not be reproduced, distributed or commercially exploited without authorization.
Purchasing a physical product transfers ownership of that physical object. It does not transfer any copyright or other intellectual property rights that may exist unless expressly agreed in writing.

7. Third-Party Services
We use third-party providers and platforms to operate the store, process payments, manufacture products, fulfill orders, provide shipping, analytics, advertising, and other business services.
These providers may operate under their own terms and privacy policies.
The use of production or fulfillment partners does not remove HOUR1207’s responsibility for customer support and the handling of order-related issues arising from purchases made through our store.
8. Privacy
Personal information is processed in accordance with our Privacy Policy.
By using the Services, you acknowledge that personal information may be processed by Shopify and other service providers necessary to operate the store and fulfill orders.
9. Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, HOUR1207 shall not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from the use of the Services.
Nothing in these Terms excludes or limits liability where such exclusion or limitation is prohibited by law.

Nothing in these Terms is intended to deprive consumers of protections that cannot lawfully be excluded by agreement.
