RETURNS

We offer a 30-day order support policy.

All HOUR1207 products are made to order and produced on demand after purchase. Products are not held as ready-made inventory.

Due to the made-to-order nature of our products, production may begin shortly after an order is placed. For this reason, cancellations, modifications, or returns may not be possible once fulfillment has started.

This policy applies specifically to cancellations or return requests resulting solely from a change of mind after production has begun.

This does not affect any statutory consumer rights applicable under local law.

Full customer protection regarding damaged, defective, incorrect, or lost items remains fully applicable. In such cases, we will always provide an appropriate resolution.

We encourage thoughtful purchases. However, if you are not satisfied with your order, please contact us and we will do our best to help.

To request support or report an issue, please contact us within 30 days of receiving your order.

Due to the made-to-order nature of our products and differences between digital displays, slight variations in color, texture, material appearance, or finish may occur and are not considered defects.

DAMAGED, DEFECTIVE, OR INCORRECT ITEMS

If your item arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect, you are eligible for:
• a free replacement, or
• a full refund

Please contact us within 30 days of delivery and include clear photos of the issue.

In most cases, returning the item will not be required.

REFUNDS

Once your request has been approved, the refund will be issued to your original payment method.

Please allow up to 5 business days for the refund to be processed after approval.

EXCHANGES

We do not offer standard product exchanges.

If there is an issue with your order, we will provide either a replacement or a refund.

PRODUCTION & FULFILLMENT

All products are made to order in collaboration with carefully selected production partners.

HOUR1207 Studio oversees the entire process and remains fully responsible for all orders and customer support.

SHIPPING ISSUES

If your order is lost, delayed, or arrives damaged, please contact us and we will resolve the issue.
