INTELLECTUAL PROPERTY & CONTENT USE

HOUR1207 is an independent art and design studio presenting original works, designer objects, limited physical editions and selected creative works developed through a combination of human authorship, licensed resources, digital production processes and generative technologies.

HOUR1207 respects the intellectual property rights of creators, licensors, production partners and other rights holders. HOUR1207 claims rights only in content owned by HOUR1207 and only to the extent those rights are recognized under applicable law.

HOUR1207-OWNED CONTENT

Original human-created artwork, original designs, creative modifications, photography created by HOUR1207, written content, product descriptions, titles where protectable, original visual compositions, branding, graphic presentation and other qualifying studio-created materials may be protected by copyright and other applicable intellectual property laws.

Unless expressly stated otherwise, no permission is granted to reproduce, republish, redistribute, sell, commercially exploit or falsely attribute HOUR1207-owned content.

LICENSED AND THIRD-PARTY MATERIALS

Certain HOUR1207 products may incorporate images, designs, production assets or other materials used under applicable third-party licenses.

Rights in such underlying third-party materials remain with their respective rights holders and are governed by the applicable license terms.

HOUR1207 does not claim ownership of third-party intellectual property merely because such material appears as part of a HOUR1207 product.

PRODUCT MOCKUPS AND PRODUCTION ASSETS

Certain product mockups, templates, product photographs, production previews or related assets may be supplied or generated by HOUR1207 production partners.

Such materials may remain subject to the intellectual property rights and contractual terms of their respective providers.

GENERATIVE AND AI-ASSISTED WORKS

HOUR1207 may use generative or AI-assisted technologies as part of selected creative processes.

Some works may combine generated material with human creative direction, editing, retouching, reconstruction, compositing, tonal treatment, selection, arrangement or other human-authored contributions.

Other works may contain predominantly or entirely generative visual material.

For works involving generative technologies, HOUR1207 claims rights only in those elements, contributions, arrangements, modifications and other aspects that qualify for protection under applicable law.

The use of generative technology does not imply a claim by HOUR1207 to rights that the law does not recognize.

HOUR1207 BRAND AND PRODUCT PRESENTATION

The HOUR1207 name, logo, studio identity, original written materials and other qualifying brand assets may not be used in a manner that falsely suggests that another website, seller, product or service is operated by, affiliated with, endorsed by or authorized by HOUR1207.

Copying a HOUR1207 product listing, product presentation or other HOUR1207-owned material does not create authorization to sell products under the HOUR1207 name.

PHYSICAL PRODUCTS AND INTELLECTUAL PROPERTY

The purchase of a physical HOUR1207 product does not transfer copyright, reproduction rights, commercial licensing rights or other intellectual property rights unless such transfer is expressly agreed in writing.

A purchaser receives ownership of the physical object purchased, subject to the terms applicable to that product.

LIMITED AND 1/1 EDITIONS

Where a work is designated as “1/1” or “Archive 1/1”, the collector acquires the sole physical edition of that work released by HOUR1207.

Once the edition has been acquired, HOUR1207 permanently closes the edition in the HOUR1207 Studio Archive and will not produce, issue or sell another physical edition of the same work.

The collector receives a Certificate of Authenticity confirming the identity of the work, its edition designation, specifications and permanent status in the HOUR1207 Studio Archive.

HOUR1207 may retain digital archival documentation and may display images of the work for provenance, archive, portfolio, exhibition, editorial, press and promotional purposes. Such use does not constitute the creation or sale of another physical edition.

Ownership of the physical 1/1 edition does not automatically transfer copyright or other intellectual property rights. Any such rights that legally exist and are held by HOUR1207 remain separate unless expressly transferred in writing.

Where a work incorporates generative or third-party material, HOUR1207 claims no intellectual property rights beyond those legally available to HOUR1207.

AUTOMATED ACCESS, SCRAPING AND DATA USE

Public availability of content on HOUR1207.com does not constitute permission to reproduce or commercially exploit HOUR1207-owned content.

HOUR1207 may use technical and machine-readable measures to communicate reservations and restrictions concerning automated access, text and data mining, artificial intelligence training and other automated uses.

Such technical signals are intended to operate alongside this policy and applicable law.

UNAUTHORIZED COMMERCIAL USE AND IMPERSONATION

Suspected unauthorized commercial reproduction, counterfeit listings, misleading product listings, impersonation, misuse of HOUR1207 branding or other potentially unlawful uses may be documented and reported to relevant hosting providers, domain registrars, search engines, marketplaces, platforms, cybersecurity organizations or competent authorities.

HOUR1207 reserves the right to protect its legitimate intellectual property, contractual and commercial interests.
