International shipping is not currently available.

Production methods, materials, packaging, and fulfillment arrangements may vary depending on the individual product.
HOUR1207 remains responsible for customer support, order-related communication, shipping assistance, approved replacements, refunds, and the resolution of issues connected with purchases made through hour1207.com.
For unusually large-quantity, commercial, or special project requests, additional production and fulfillment coordination may be required.

Tracking

Lost Shipments

Damaged, Defective, or Incorrect Orders

A physical return may not be required for an approved claim. Please do not return a product unless HOUR1207 specifically instructs you to do so.
